oUR sTORY
Swan Cloud Kitchen was founded in Lahore Pakistaan, Johar Town, in January 2018, as a managed cloud kitchen platform.
Swan Cloud Kitchen leverages its proprietary in-house tech to cook multiple brands in one single kitchen, taking care of the end-to-end operations, and delivering directly to consumers.
As part of its long term growth strategy, and because of the challenges faced by F&B businesses due to the pandemic, Swan Cloud began investing in these outlets.
As a result, Swan Cloud has evolved to become a tech-powered multi-brand restaurant. Today our offerings encompasses both online and dine-in locations.

What makes our platform so unique? We’ve developed an in-house suite of applications, known as our Smart Kitchen Operating System, or “SKOS”, as we like to call it. This custom built technology optimizes all aspects of kitchen operations in real time to maximize efficiency and increase utilization.
